Every day brings something new
Costel-Florinel always knew he wanted to work with his hands. Trained as a pipefitter, he finds satisfaction in the technical challenges his job brings. “What I love about this work? It changes every day. That keeps it exciting and pushes me to keep learning.”
Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and football—but on the shipyard, his focus is on precision, teamwork and delivering quality. “The people around me and the work we do—that’s what makes me better.”
A smooth start with Veritec

Hands-on work, every day
As a pipefitter, Costel-Florinel installs pressure equipment and piping systems on board. “It’s about precision and planning, but also teamwork,” he explains. His days are dynamic—no two projects are the same. “That’s the beauty of this job: it’s challenging and rewarding at the same time.”
Highlight: DAMEN Yachting
One project stands out: working on a large-scale assignment for DAMEN Yachting. “It was a completely new experience for me,” he says. “The organization was tight, the standards were high, and the work was top-level. I was proud to be part of it.”
