Working at Veritec Yachts: The Story of Stefan-Bogdan Necula

“Every day is a new challenge. That’s what makes my job so interesting!”

At Veritec Yachts, everything revolves around craftsmanship and teamwork. Working on luxury yachts requires precision, innovation, and top-level engineering. One of the professionals who contributes to this daily is Stefan-Bogdan Necula (24), a Pipe Fitter at Veritec Yachts. We spoke with him about his experience, the challenges he faces, and why he enjoys working at Veritec.

From Passion to Craftsmanship

Stefan-Bogdan was born and raised in Romania and studied economics in high school. However, he found his true passion in the technical world of yacht building.
“I am dedicated and driven in everything I do,” he says. Besides his work, he enjoys fishing and gaming, but at the shipyard, it’s all about teamwork and technology.

Stefan-Bogdan: “What do I love most about my job? No day is the same, and it’s never boring. Especially when you get to work alongside your own brother!”

A Smooth Start at Veritec

Stefan-Bogdan has been working at Veritec Yachts since March 20, 2024. He joined the company through a trusted source: his brother, Alexandru-Constantin Necula, who has been working at Veritec for years. “Everything went smoothly and safely. All the information was sent via email on time, and the rest just fell into place,” says Stefan-Bogdan.

Veritec ensured he was well-supported in starting his new job. “It’s all about trust. That’s why I chose Veritec and why I’m still here.”

Challenges and Satisfaction at the Shipyard

As a pipe fitter, Stefan-Bogdan works daily on building and installing piping systems in luxury yachts. “My job isn’t just about laying pipes. It’s a technical puzzle where precision, teamwork, and craftsmanship come together.” His biggest challenge? “Learning new things about yacht building. That keeps the job exciting and makes me look forward to every day at work.”

A typical workday starts with clear planning and gathering the right materials. Then, the team gets to work installing pipes and other technical systems. “Every day feels like a challenge, from start to finish.”

The Coolest Project: Working on a High-Tech Yacht

Of all the projects he has worked on, one stands out: building an ultra-modern yacht with the latest technologies and innovations.

“This was the most advanced vessel I’ve ever worked on. The combination of luxury, high-tech engineering, and a demanding client made it a unique project,” he says enthusiastically.

According to him, yachts are much more than just ships. “They are floating palaces, status symbols, and technical masterpieces. That’s what makes this profession so special.”

Why Work at Veritec?

Stefan-Bogdan is clear about why he recommends Veritec Yachts:

Reliability: “Everything is well organized, from payment to accommodation.”
Good working conditions: “The wages and work environment make a real difference.”
Strong team spirit: “Working together, especially with my brother, makes the job even more enjoyable.”

When asked to describe Veritec in three words, he answers without hesitation:
reliability – trust – performance.

“Veritec is a company you can rely on. They offer stability and an environment where you can grow,” says Stefan-Bogdan.

Would He Recommend Veritec? “Absolutely!”

Finally, we asked Stefan-Bogdan if he would recommend Veritec to others: “100% yes! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to work in luxury yacht building.”
